All orders will be shipped within 3 business days from our Sydney based warehouse using registered Australia Post.

Orders processed with payment for Express Shipping will be processed within 1 business day, cut off time for processing within the day of order is 2pm. The order will be sent via Australia Post Express Service.

Delivery times depend on the speed of Australia Post, the above mentioned time frame is a general guide. Your order can be tracked on Australia Post’s online system using the tracking information emailed to you at the time of order.

The service can take longer to some rural areas, especially WA. If you are not present to accept your delivery, a card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected.
