Please note that all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Permitted Returns for Refund

• Refunds will be provided for faulty items in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Faulty items will either be replaced or refunded after assessment by The Kindred Co (Owner of TKC Outlet) customer service team.

All orders are charged a flat AUD$9.95 standard delivery fee. Orders over AUD$150 receive standard delivery free of charge.

Express delivery with Australia Post may be requested and incurs a charge of $17.50.
