Return and Refund Policy
Permitted Returns for Refund
- Refunds will be provided for faulty items in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Faulty items will either be replaced or refunded after assessment by The Kindred Co (Owner of TKC Outlet) customer service team.
Permitted Returns for Exchange or Credit
- As an Outlet Site, refunds for change of mind are generally not permitted.
- Return to exchange for an alternative size is permitted, if the return request is processed within the return window and meets return requirements.
- If a requested return for size exchange cannot be fulfilled, return for credit may be permitted in individual circumstances, assessed upon request.
Return Window
- Returns to exchange for an alternate size must be processed as an online request within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Return Requirements
- Items must be returned unworn in "as new condition" with tags attached to be eligible for return.
- Items must have been purchased from tkc-outlet.com.au. If you have purchased items from a different retailer, please contact them directly to arrange for a warranty claim.
Return Process
- To submit requests for return or refund, please login to your Account on the TKC Outlet website.
- Follow the online prompts to select relevant order and items for returns request then submit for approval.
- An email response will be issued within 48 hours approving or declining the request and providing instructions and the address for postage of the item.
Return Costs
- For size exchange return requests, the return shipping cost is at the customer's expense and a restocking fee equivalent to 10% of item cost will be applied.
- For faulty item return and refund requests, return shipping cost is at the expense of the Customer, but will be refunded if the item is deemed to be faulty and a postage receipt is provided.
- Refunds will be issued to the Customer, via their original payment method only, within 7 days of approval.
